Do you offer exchanges and returns?

Unfortunately, we don't offer returns and exchanges as all our products are made to order. However, if there is a fault at our end (misprint or we've sent the wrong size etc) we will happily sort that out for you. Please get in touch at byren120@gmail.com if there is any issues
What are your shipping policies?

Our UK standard shipping takes anywhere between 1-14 days and we currently only ship to the UK. We also ship some of our products individually so if you have ordered different items, they might not arrive at the same time.
Where is my order?

Once we have sent off your order, you will receive an email confirming your order has been shipped/dispatched. If your order has taken longer than the standard shipping time to arrive, please contact our team.
